Galactic Odyssey: Sci-Fi Space Adventure

Instead of an asteroid belt, this is a planetary ring composed of transparent macro-ice plates, “ringglass”, spaced like piano keys. Sunlight refracts through the plates to paint spectral ladders across the black. Pods skim along the edges, using microbursts to hop gaps while ice dust sprays up as glitter mist. A chase drone with a 100 mm lens rides slightly behind and above, catching prismatic flares that smear across frame as chromatic streaks. In the distance, shepherd moons tug the ring into gentle ripples; pilots time their hops to the gravitational swell like surfers. Silence dominates except for faint hull creak and the crystalline chime when a stabilizer kisses a plate edge.
