All purchases on Ulazai.com are final. We do not offer refunds for completed image or video generations.

Exceptions

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

• Double payment for the same service
• Failure to deliver the purchased generation (image/video)

Support for Issues

If you believe your generation is incorrect or you have not received your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review your case and assist you as soon as possible.
